BBC’s new documentary series, Human Planet, is a beautiful series that showcases the intellect, resourcefulness, and purity of our species on this planet. Unfortunately we all know that is just a small percentile of the otherwise mentally diluted masses that populate Earth. Even one instance still did not escape the camera in episode 3 (The Arctic).

East Coast USA has been getting absolutely pummled by mother nature this past week, and while some people are miserably stuck in their houses or airports (Such as I was connecting through Minneapolis the other week en route to make great decisions *sarcasm*), others have taken the opportunity to get arty with photography, deliquency and time lapse photography as seen below.

This completely just made my day.
This is probably one of my favourite songs at the moment, by SF based group Trifonic. The whole album, titled Emergence, is absolutely phenomenal, as is this music video. I highly recommend that you check these guys out immediately. Plus, they have free tunes on their site for download.
Oddly enough, I was just having a few conversations on how strange and wonderfully hilarious the concept of herding cats is. While the video isn’t necessarily herding cats (someone please take note this needs to be done on a very large scale) it’s still rather curious and entertaining to watch. 100 cats let loose in an IKEA over night.
